Terms of Service

The rules that govern access to and use of the Vexor platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vexor Bot services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Vexor Bot for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for commercial purposes or public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • To submit false or misleading information

Account Eligibility

Vexor operates as a closed-system platform. Accounts are issued on an approval basis and are intended for the sole use of the individual to whom they are granted. Sharing, transferring, or reselling access to a Vexor account is not permitted and may result in immediate revocation of access.

Vexor as an Advanced Trading Tool

Vexor is an advanced trading platform engineered to help users navigate the cryptocurrency market with greater precision, faster reaction times, and stronger risk awareness than manual trading allows. The platform integrates real-time market intelligence, security signals, and automated execution to support more informed decisions and to help users pursue opportunities they would otherwise miss.

Our goal is to provide a sophisticated, professional-grade environment in which users can operate with confidence, supported by the tools and insights Vexor was designed to deliver.

Market Risk & User Responsibility

Cryptocurrency markets are inherently volatile and carry substantial risk, including the possibility of partial or total loss of capital. While Vexor is designed to enhance opportunity and reduce avoidable risk, no trading tool can eliminate market risk.

Users remain solely responsible for their own trading decisions and outcomes. Vexor does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing within the platform should be interpreted as such.

Simulations & Demonstration Environments

Certain areas of the platform — including demo dashboards and Snipe Method replay views — are designed to illustrate platform capabilities and historical scenarios. These environments are intended for demonstration, education, and configuration purposes.

Live operations, by contrast, execute on real markets using real funds and are subject to live market conditions. Users are encouraged to fully understand the difference between demonstration and live activity before operating the platform with real capital.

Support & Guidance

Before operating any tool within the platform, or whenever any feature, setting, or outcome is unclear, users are strongly encouraged to contact the Vexor team. Providing timely guidance to users who wish to operate the platform is a core commitment of our service.

Our support team is available to clarify any aspect of the platform and to help you operate it confidently. You can reach support at any time through the channels listed on our Contact page.

Subscriptions & Access

Access to Vexor is provided through subscription tiers, which are billed in advance for the period selected at the time of purchase. Continued access depends on an active subscription and on adherence to these Terms.

Vexor reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in the event of a breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

Refund Policy

Eligibility window

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of first accessing the platform after purchasing a plan. Requests submitted outside this window will not be eligible for review.

Situations eligible for a refund

  • The platform does not function as described in our official documentation or marketing materials.
  • A confirmed technical issue or bug, attributable to Vexor, prevents the user from accessing or operating the platform.
  • The purchased plan is materially inaccessible due to a verified service fault on our side.
  • Other situations reviewed in good faith at Vexor's reasonable discretion, where the issue is substantive and supported by clear evidence.

Refunds are not granted for changes of mind, market conditions, user configuration errors, unauthorized account sharing or access by another party, user error after ignoring available platform guidance, policy abuse or manipulation, violation of account eligibility through sharing, transfer, or resale, or requests that fall outside the spirit of this policy.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the exact same wallet address used for the original payment, in the same cryptocurrency used at purchase. Refunds cannot be redirected to a different wallet, network, asset, or payment method.

Who can submit the request

Refund requests must be submitted by the same individual who completed the original purchase and must include:

  • The transaction ID (TXID) of the original payment
  • The email address associated with the Vexor account
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Where to submit the request

Requests can be submitted through any of our official support channels:

Submitting through multiple channels is unnecessary and will not accelerate the review.

One-time policy

Refunds are granted on a one-time basis per user. If a user receives a refund and subsequently purchases another plan, any future refund request tied to that or any later purchase will be automatically denied.

Review & timing

Each request is reviewed individually and in good faith. Vexor reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside the conditions above or that are deemed unreasonable, abusive, or inconsistent with the intended use of this policy. Approved refunds are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval, subject to network conditions.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vexor Bot or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Vexor Bot's website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Vexor Labs is established. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply, those rights remain unaffected.
